Do you have a case number I can look into?

OSTs should not be a prob -- but I want to dig more into your problem.

Let me know, thanks!

Conditions:
X1 reports the latest client is being used.
Outlook 2010 .ost & .pst files stored in a custom directory (not default).
Profile created by Outlook 2013 (as part of the Office 365 Home Premium) deleted using Control Panel>Mail>.

Behavior:
Yesterday, all seemed well. Outlook 2010 was being indexed. No sign of Outlook 2013 in X1.

This morning. I saw my index counting downward. The Outlook Data Source was no longer present.

X1 does not list the .ost file, nor will it allow me to connect to the .pst files I have that store archive emails.

Result:
Stuck.
