Hmm, don't think so - the Imap plugin is a separate plugin that does not know anything about Outlook, it work directly with any Imap provider. So it does not bring Outlook dialogs (you can even have no Outlook installed at all, and still use the Imap plugin). And another problem would be that since you are indexing mails that are not stored in a local pst, then Outlook won't know about them and would not be able to present a proper reply dialog.
You could try to use both Outlook and Imap and look at the mails in the federated All Emails search, but then you will see all recent mails twice - once as indexed by Imap, and once indexed by local Outlook.
