Since Upgrading to 8.1 I have, like many others been getting the repeating error: "Unable to Connect to X1 Service. All attempts to start and connect to X1ServiceHost Failed". I downloaded the new installer from the link in the forums and uninstalled the program but kept my settings, then reinstalled from the new installer. This was supposed to fix the problem. Now I cannot install the program. I get the message: "The installation cannot continue because the following program did not shut down automatically: X1ServiceHost.
What gives? Any suggestions for this new problem?
