I am still on the trial version and have encountered a couple of times whereby X1 is unresponsive for (say) 30 seconds. It does finally 'come back' and I don't think it is the company network.
I am using a Dell Latitude, Windows 7 64 bit, 8gb RAM and i7 processor.
If there is anything to send then please ask.
PS I am thinking of moving to X1 (from Copernic 3, but was trialling the new version 4).
