Unreadable search fields / UI bug

Hi there,

I'm running X1 v8.0.1 trial version, and for the past few days my X1 UI has become unreadable around the searchable fields (see image below). The problem comes and goes, and it can happen at any time. I have tried restarting X1, the computer, and a combination of programs I run on regular basis (i.e. Outlook, Excel, etc.) but there is no pattern. Any suggestions to solve this are welcome.

I'm running Windows 8.1 Build 9431 x64.
