Is there anyway to fix this for good (without switching aero/non-areo themes)? That setting is admin lvl controlled so not a viable workaround for average users.

OK - Thanks. It's the Aero Theme. Non-Aero Themes in Win 7 work fine. I've always used the Aero themes before with X1 prior to Version 8 without any issue. But at least it is working now. Thanks again
