Unable to connect to X1 service error

I too am also experiencing this problem.

I've raised a Support Case (00069191) yesterday, but when I try to email X1 Support with additional information i.e. screengrab( to: customercare@x1.com), the email bounces back from Googlemail as undeliverable.

This is a complete shambles.

p.s. I put the wrong email. I've tried customercare@x1.com, but will also try customercare1@x1.com - thanks
