Tinkering around, it seems that X1 has changed the way in which this feature works.

"Add Columns" no longer adds columns.

You have to go to the odd looking set "of parallel bars" to the left of the columns. (When it is in the mood, not always, X1 will show the "balloon" Select Search Fields.) Then you can add the columns you want.

Other issues, where do I find the installed version now? There is no version number in the "titlebar", or Help About.

On Help, I clicked it and got nowhere. Firefox just sits there "Loading".

PS It seems to be more serious than just "Loading" Firefox freezes if I get X1 to launch it. If it is already active, I just get a "can't find the server at help.x1s8.com" message. Probably not there yet.
