When you say "disconnect network" are you saying you physically unplug from the network? Or is there a setting in X1 or Outlook or Windows that disconnects the network specifically from X1?
My Outlook is connected to the Internet for its Exchange email from an Internet provider of Exchange email. So, I'm not sure how that differs from users who are connected to an actual office network.
