Included in your submission I'd like to get a screen shot of the actual error message you detailed in this post. Also, please download and run our systems diagnostics tool. Here are the steps:
1. Download: http://www.x1.com/cs/x1pro_diagnostic_tool.exe
2. Double-click the downloaded "http://www.x1.com/cs/x1pro_diagnostic_tool.exe" file to run (Vista/Win7 users with UAC turned on should right-click the file and select Run as administrator)
3. A Windows Explorer window will open when the tool has finished (this may take a minute).
4. Inside the x1supportfiles directory you'll see a zip file. Attach that zip to your case submission along with the screen shot.
