i just installed a trial version of X1 V8. Running Win 7 and office 2013. when Outlook is not running, everything seems to be ok. but when I open outlook, I get the message "Connection with the X1 has been lost. A restart may fix the problem." when I restart, I get the same message. can anyone shed some light as to what is going on?
