X1 Search 8.3.3 Release - Build 5003fx - Preview not working

Hello,

Can you check in the task manager while trying to preview a document, if there is a process named "X1Viewer" running?

Also, can you go to the X1 data folder, and in the subfolder "logs" open the files X1Viewer.log and X1.log and see if there are any related error.

I did a clean install (removed previous version) and deleted the index files. I have not deleted my settings and a bit loath to do this to be honest

There's no error message, the preview pane just remains blank
