Is there anyway to export "lost" messages from X1? Or, is the database a format I could open and figure out myself with the right tools? I don't think it's SQLite for instance.
My problem is that our company changed our email profiles last year as part of a change of Exchange servers and moving to Office 365. I have PSTs up to the end of 2013, and from April 2014 a new local profile. It looks like no messages from the old local profile have been transferred, so I have a three month gap (about 20,000 emails). The old profile including .ost has been deleted. Strangely, X1 seems to still have the old profile indexed and I can search and read these missing messages in X1. We're about to migrate from Office 365 to Gmail, so I'm afraid I'm going to lose these messages (also consider that X1 is also installed on a seven year old laptop which will surely die sometime).
