Several weeks my laptop hard drive died. I had to re-install X1 on a temporary laptop, while I waited for my new laptop to arrive. The Customer Support person was very helpful and provided me with the link to download the right version and even provided me with my license ID and Password. Now that I have my new laptop, I wanted to re-install X1 Pro, and I'm getting a message that "There are no remaining activations left for this license". It then asks me to contact Customer Support. However when I try to contact Customer Support, I'm being told my "ability to create new cases in the Customer Support portal has expired" and that I need to purchase a new license. Why do I need to purchase a new license in order to get support for the license that I already purchased?
