Well it does, as I said, but there is no way whatsoever to contact them. All potential links lead to a dialogue saying support has expired.
I seem to recall now that this was a gotcha way back when 6.2.4 was introduced and I do not think they ever resolved it. People screamed at the time but were ignored.
I am going to try restoring the old version from backup...........
