I can still see 6.2.4 as an available download in my own support area. (Forget about 6.2.3, X1 replaced it.)
If you can't see it, then you may need to use the various links in there to report your missing information to the official support team. This place is effectively user-to-user self-help that isn't designed to deal with your sort of query.
Yes it does show 6.2.4 and I can download and install 6.2.4 but not 6.2.3.
But according to various posts in this thread the older 13-character registration code that I have will only work with version 6.2.3 or earlier. And in fact 6.2.4 stops working for me after a 30 day "trial," even though it shows as registered.
None of the links in the support portal are enabled. More exactly, if I click on them, they say my support contract has expired and I need to upgrade to the current version to get support. This was supposed to be a permanent license.
Thanks!
