When specifying file types, do you write ".TMX" or "TMX"?

When specifying file types under "Content indexing options", how do you write them:

.CSV,.TMX,.TSV,.DIC,.AFF,.LOG,.TBX

or

CSV,TMX,TSV,DIC,AFF,LOG,TBX

That is, with or without the dots?

I am trying to get X1 to index a folder of (very large) TMX files, but for some reason the indexer completes very quickly and only indexes a few of them. I have set my "max. file size for content indexing" to 99,991 MB, but many (most) of my TMXs are not being indexed. What am I doing wrong here?
