You posted this in the section intended for 8.3 beta, so which version of X1 are you using?
Did you upgrade Outlook after you installed X1? If so, it won't know that you are on 64-bit Outlook. You may have to remove and reinstall X1.
By the way, the advice is generally not to use 64-bit Outlook. By default Microsoft will not let you install it. (When I installed Office 2013 last week, it delivered 32-bit Outlook.) It breaks no real benefits to most people and breaks rather a lot of third-party software.
