Duplicate Dropbox entries

Dropbox has introduced the ability to have both a business and a personal Dropbox on your machine. It differentiates them by naming them "Dropbox (work)" and "Dropbox (Personal)". But in order to allow users' links to remain unbroken, there must be a symlink for "Dropbox" to the "Dropbox (work)" folder. Why is this important? Because now my X1 index has two entries for every file in my "Dropbox (work)" folder. i don't know how to prevent X1 from creating these duplicate index entries.
