Can't run installer - x1 server unreachable?

Trying to re-install X1 by running the installer, getting the following error:

"This installer requires a connection to the Internet in order to complete successfully however no connection could be made.

The most likely cause of this is due to proxy settings on your network that limits the connections that can be made."

I can't hit the http://download.x1.com/downloads/pro/build_version.ini anywhere (either behind the proxy or from a computer outside the network). Is the installer/activation server down?
