Can't run installer - x1 server unreachable?

Hi all,

We're experiencing an issue with one of our download servers which is causing intermittent connection issues for customers who are attempting to download or upgrade. We are currently moving our download servers to a CDN solution and expect to have this resolved by the end of the week.
