X! hangs when trying to change Data source > Files

I am currently testing X1 Search Version 8.1.1 Trial and have got the very same issue.

Thus X1 Search is pretty much unusable and I would not buy it until that Problem is fixed.

Have you got any Support from X1 and have you been able to solve this Problem?
