X1 Search 8 Post Search Action for Emails Doesn't Work

I found the solution for my users. They both had Office 2010 but they had project and visio 2013. I read somewhere else on the forum that office 360 and 2013 had issues with X1 Pro version 8. I downgraded their project and visio to 2010 and the Post Search Actions (open, reply, etc) now work normally. No idea what could have caused this issue with 2013 but apparently you can't have any 2013 office apps to use X1 Search 8 (in my case). No uninstalling or repairing office needed.
