Hello,
the default for the Everything/Email search is to have only Outlook email selected (and if you add any Imap accounts like Gmail, Yahoo, etc. they will be selected as well)
Contacts, Tasks, Calendar are not email ... what you are probably looking is a search named Everything/Outlook that will combine all Outlook items.
