"Connection with the X1 service is lost"

I am about ready to give up $99 and go elsewhere. Same problem as all are having with connection problems. I try to copy and paste the error log into this page and the page crashes...I guess the log is too long? I can't attach the text file to this post. Anyone out there that can help? How about fewer smilies and more functionality?

Grumpy. any fix out there?

I'll gladly send the log file along if anyone knows how.
