Unable to Connect to X1 Service and related problem

Hi,

I have not heard of this myself but I did talk to our Customer Care group who mentioned that if RTI is trying to update a PST it may try to prompt you for a password repeatedly. Can you please try disabling RTI through Menu->Data Sources -> Edit Outlook email?

I am curious to see if this works as well. Let me know.

If not, can you submit a case here so our tech support folks can further investigate?
