What does "Store Outlook Email body in the index" do?

It does what it says. The index has the full text of the message and can retrieve it when a search points to the message.

If the index does not have the text, the the index will hold information on the words and their position. X1 will then have to go and retrieve the message from the Outlook database before it can display the result of the search.
