I have been getting the same error code myself. I have contacted support, but have not received a response yet. My internet connection is 18MB/S Fiber Optic so I know that there is no problem with my connection. I am not behind a proxy, and I even disabled my Norton Suite to see if that would help, but to no avail. I cannot install the update no matter what I do. There is obviously an issue with this update. So I guess I'll wait on support to fix it.
