X1 does not start - stops at Initializing Interface

After working flawlessly for more than a year, my X1 failed to start. The screen stops at Initializing Interface and nothing happens. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the same version multiple times after deleting all the local files. I have also since upgraded and even the current version will not start. Having not X1, I feel like my right hand is paralyzed at work. No response from X1 customer service even after I purchased the assurance option.
