I am having the same problem. Worked fine then all of a sudden it stopped working.
I purchased an upgrade hoping that would fix it and get me some support. Support emailed me back once, I followed their advice and sent them all data and now no reply for about 2 days.
Not very good customer service if you ask me. Why windows 7 doesn't include indexing of share folders is beyond me while a free version of Windows Desktop Search on XP works fine.
Anyways, really asking for help here this is integral to me. If no resolution this week I will be searching for a new desktop search product. Will report back at another time.
