System crashes when trying to set data sources

This is the second time I have seen this, and I want to find out what's going on. Can you please run diagnostics tool and also please submit a case. The instructions are here: viewtopic.php?f=71&t=5997

Please let me know when this is done so I can be sure we look at it right away.
