So we don't prevent folks from installing on XP and we know some use it successfully -- it's not an officially supported operating system. We don't do the same vigorous testing that we do on the operating systems we support.. having said that there's a few things we can look at.
1. Can you click in that box and manually back out of that search?
2. What happens when you clear all? Try clicking it twice?
3. Are other saved searches functioning properly?
Re: the help site we were having issues with it this AM. If you still are having problems reaching it, you can try to clear the http://help.x1s8.com/ cookie.
