Emptiness of the table

It is on the Windows XP machine where the problem occurs. Trying what you suggest makes no difference. I tried exiting X1 and then rebooting the machine, none makes a difference.

Windows 7 machine all the records are displayed whether in Tile view, Table view, and whether or not filtering takes place.

Please let me know what else you would like me to try.

So we don't prevent folks from installing on XP and we know some use it successfully -- it's not an officially supported operating system. We don't do the same vigorous testing that we do on the operating systems we support.. having said that there's a few things we can look at.

1. Can you click in that box and manually back out of that search?

2. What happens when you clear all? Try clicking it twice?

3. Are other saved searches functioning properly?

Re: the help site we were having issues with it this AM. If you still are having problems reaching it, you can try to clear the http://help.x1s8.com/ cookie.

Let me know if this helps. If not, we may be able to try something else.
