Keyboard shortcuts

I was searching throgh the online manual after keyboard shortcuts without finding any. There was some mentioning of Ctrl+F and Ctrl+Alt+F but nothing else, and at least in the Option menu there is an option for a Hotkey e.g. Ctrl + Ctrl.

So, where do I find information about possible other combinations - or have shortcut keys been discontinued in Version 8?
