Launching X1 does nothing

I have both running side by side. But when you install 8 it does want to turn off the launch of 6.7.4 at startup.

Have you tried reinstalling X1 Search 8? Maybe it didn't complete correctly.

There is a "Repair" option in "Programs and Features".
