Outlook folder not shown correctly if it has "/" in name

This is one of those characters best avoided in folder names. Like "|". I had one of those.

It isn't just X1 that has problems. Synchonisation software doesn't like it.

The surprise is that Outlook allows these characters. Windows itself chokes on them in names of files and folders.

You should also look at the characters that X1 treats as punctuation and hence as spaces.
