"Index is up-to-date", but no files indexed?

Running X1 Pro 7 (version 4320kg) on Windows 7 64-bit. It thinks its indexes are up-to-date, but it hasn't indexed any files (Last Indexed never").

I've tried to get it to index the drives (they're all ticked in preferences), but it won't.

I'm running as a non-administrator user. Does this make a difference?
