Find a misplaced folder in Outlook 2007 Personal Folders

I made some progress with your help.
1. I made the "Folder Path" visible.
2. However when I type the name of the folder in the "Folder Name"
The "Folder Path" slot tells me that the lost folder is located in "Local Folders"

I have no idea where could be located these mysterious "Local Folders".
