X1 not being able to see PSTs in Office 356 v. 2013

Dear All,

I just switched from good old Office 2007 to Office 365 MS Office 2013. During the installation all my PSTs were upgraded to the new Outlook and the files remain as PSTs.

But, now X1 is empty[u][/u] (X1 ® Professional Client Version 6.7.4 / (Build 4054eu) (Created: Wed Jun 6 15:38:39 PDT 2012))

I tried to manually add the PST files in the Tools menu, but got the following message:

"Your Current Outlook configuration prevents scanning external PST files. Please load PST files directly into your default Outlook profile. "

Any idea what this is all about? I am very dependant on X1 for almost 15 PST dated years ago.

Anyone has had this same issue?
