Old X1 Profile Directories/Files

I moved from a Windows 7 with X1 6.2.X to Windows 8.1 (Win 10 soon) with X1 version 8.

I attached all my Outlook PST archive files in version 8 and am re-indexing.

But I see that there are X1 profile directories in "documents" that came over from my Windows 7 machine that don't seem to be getting touched by the new re-indexing.

Can I delete these directories/files?
