First, let me say thank you to everyone who is providing insight into when they see this message and what tasks or actions don't cause it to happen.

As we've not been able to reproduce this in-house, our only options are to review code directly and try to envision cases that could lead to this happening, or for one of our forum users to provide a critical piece of information that may lead us down the right path.

Windows version, X1 launch settings, Metro UI settings, etc. are all helpful pieces of data for us.
