Cannot add Outlook PST file

If you go to Data sources, you should see the Outlook Email section. If you Edit the Data Source you will are which bits of Outlook it is indexing.

If the PST file is a part of your Mail profile, X1 should pick it up without being told. If it is a standalone PST file, then you can go to the ADD PST FILE... slot and navigate your way to the file. Or you can tell Outlook to add that as a data file in your Profile. There some explanation about that earlier on in this discussion.
