Somewhere in the list of "All Searches" you will find an entry for "Documents". Click on it and the search will show. If you have the "Document Type" column visible, it will show you the list that I posted earlier.
You cannot change "All Searches". You can create and save your own searches.
Perhaps that is the purpose of the "Files" and "All" searches. Or perhaps these are related to what you have told X1 to index. If you look at the status bar you will see different totals for the number of files found. In my case, "All" is about twice the number for "Files"
Start with "All," narrow down the "Document Type," (I have some for PDF files, for example), and you can then save the search as the basis for later searches.
