Enterprise vault cfg issue

X1 V 8.2.1.5184
Vault 10.0.4.1189
I get this long error when I am configuring X1 to access the vault
Failed to get stores: Retrieving the COM class factory for component w CLSID {E4BE20A4-9EF1-4B05-9117-AF43EAB4B295} failed due to following error: 80040154 class not registered (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040154(REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG))

Searched the error on google but not much help
Any help is appreciated
