Cannot drag and drop to Outlook

If I try to drag and drop a file from X1 into Outlook 2010, Windows Explorer crashes and restarts. The same thing happens if i try to drag and drop to the desktop.

It appears that this is another "Aero" bug.

Do we blame X1 for not being able to work with Aero, or Microsoft for writing buggy software?
