Changing forum e-mail address?

Dan - you can submit an email change request in your X1 Customer Support Portal.

You log into your X1 support portal at http://www.x1.com/support/portal/. You log in with your email address of record. You then enter your password. If you have forgotten your password to the portal, or need to have it sent to you for any reason, use the link below to have X1 send it to your email address of record: http://www.x1.com/support/forgot.html.

Once inside the portal you can:

- Download different versions of X1 by clicking on the "Case Management" tab and looking in the lower, left-hand corner under the "Upgrades" section.

- Modify your password by clicking on the "Account Management" tab.

- Find your registration code by clicking on the "Your Products" tab.

- Submit cases to X1 customer support (requires a current support contract)

- Change your Email address by clicking the link in the Other Resources section at the bottom right. You can also access a quick start guide, tips and tricks, and other resources in that area of the portal.
