One other question -- does V8.* only have 64-bit version (even if I have 32-bit Outlook)? I am having all kinds of indexing problems, and I'm trying to figure out what to reinstall first.
Most of the emails I search for never show up in X1 (they do in the older version of X1 on the other PC, though), and in some searches I'll have one email show up 10-20 times (even though there is only one copy in Outlook). Outlooks own search finds the emails that X1 V8 does not. I deleted the index to have it start over, but it only seems to be worse now. Should I uninstall and reinstall X1? I've already done that once....
