I like X1 but when I search for emails, it is unaware of email conversations, that is, threading together the emails that form a discussion. It is easy to go backwards - just read down the email. But how to find later responses to the email that you are viewing? I would like X1 to find the next email responding to the email that I am viewing.
As I work on several projects, I have in my inbox several concurrent conversations. With easily seeing the email discussion as a thread, I can see if there was more than one response (which sometimes sets off subthreads). I can see the time between responses and who participated.
