Box Sync Indexing?

I am the only one that wants to have x1 search my box sync folder? I nothing comes up when I search the forum on this topic. Dropbox is being indexed without a hitch, thank you very much. Why not Box Sync?
When selecting sources, the folder isn't even visible from within the x1 folder tree of options.
It's not a hidden folder.
Explorer recognizes "boy sync" folder just fine.

Any suggestions?
Is this not even a feature that is supposed to work?

Any light at all, would be most greatly appreciated.
