When switching applications X1 keeps coming to the front

This has started happening to me too. It's fantastically annoying and means I have to close X1 down a lot of the time. I notice it most when I am in Outlook and appending a file to the email. X1 pops up every time and will not stay 'back' unless you exit. I get around it at work by putting X1 on one of the multi-screens and have learned to double click on outlook when it steals focus. It's not happening with any other app..

Any suggestions ?
