I am having the same problem. I was running X1 v8.1 successfully. I upgraded to X1 8.2 and can no longer access Outlook: "Unable to connect to Outlook (There was an error reading from the pipe: The pipe has been ended. (109, 0x6d).). Please contact support for assistance." I am running Outlook 2010 32 bit on Windows 7 64 bit. I uninstalled and reinstalled X1 several times (with reboots in between). No luck. I have emailed you 3 of the log files you requested separately. the Temp\X1setup.log file does not appear to exist on my machine.
